We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and a 6-12 month interest-free financing (upon approval), as well as cash or check. We are pleased to offer Care Credit Health Care Financing. Care Credit offers a flexible monthly payment option for treatment in our office. If you’ve been delaying a dental procedure due to financing concerns, Care Credit may be your solution! They offer no initial payment, interest-free programs (6-12 months), or long term financing at low, fixed rates.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due and payable on the day of treatment unless the services rendered are submitted to one of the offices participating insurance companies. If no payment is received by the patient’s insurance within 90 days after treatment; it will be the patients responsibility to call the insurance company to help expedite the claim for their treatment. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure. Any balance over 90 days will be subject to a .91% service fee per month, 11% annually. Cancellation charges apply for any appointment that has been broken or cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
