Kim Inventory & Implant Coordinator

Kim serves as the Inventory Coordinator at Commonwealth, a role she has held since 2025. She joined the practice in December 2021 as a Surgical Assistant and continues to work chairside with the doctors, supporting the delivery of oral surgery care and helping ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for patients.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Kim oversees the organization, ordering, and management of clinical supplies and implant inventory across all locations. Her hands-on experience as a surgical assistant gives her a strong understanding of the clinical workflow, allowing her to anticipate needs and ensure that providers and teams are consistently prepared for patient care.

Kim also serves as a Flow Lead Supervisor, where she supports team members, reinforces protocols, and helps maintain an organized and accountable clinical environment.
Her ability to balance both patient care and operational responsibilities, along with her attention to detail and reliability, make her an essential part of the practice’s daily success.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her son and dogs, she enjoys being in the kitchen and baking, and enjoys going out with friends to concerts.

Jaime Insurance Verification Specialist

Jaime serves as the insurance verification specialist for Commonwealth Oral Surgery. She has been part of the practice for 15 years, starting on the front desk but quickly developing an interest in the insurance side of things. She enjoys connecting with the patients and helping them navigate through the often-confusing world of insurance benefits and coverage to ensure everything is in place before surgery.

Jaime is also involved in planning and preparing for our Commonwealth Oral Surgery and Advanced Dental & Implant Study Club, which meets four times a year, as well as our annual Dental Hygiene meeting. She loves that it gives her the opportunity to meet and get to know new doctors and their staff members.

Outside of work, Jaime is a busy mom to three boys and her lovely pup, Abby. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing on the porch, reading, and practicing yoga.
