Roger P. Spampata, DMD
Dr. Spampata is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. He graduated from the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine cum laude with a thesis.
Dr. Spampata completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Sinai Hospital in Detroit. During dental school and residency, Dr. Spampata conducted research in bone grafting and reconstruction.
Dr. Spampata is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and he served as President of the Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2001-2002. Dr. Spampata is also a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and he served on the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Examination Committee from 2016-2023.
Dr. Spampata also acts on behalf of the state board of dentistry and the Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons as an evaluator of oral and maxillofacial surgeons, within the state of Pennsylvania, who provide General Anesthesia or IV sedation to their patients.
From 1993 – 2003 Dr. Spampata was the Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Spampata currently resides in Montgomery County with his wife, 2 children and 3 chihuahuas.
