Commonwealth Oral and Facial Surgery & Dental Implant Center is open from and . We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency, every attempt will be made to see you that day. Please give us 3 business days’ notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that we may serve patients on our waiting list. Please remember cancellation charges apply for any appointment that has been broken or canceled with less than 3 business days’ notice.
Please be aware that we require a deposit of $100 per tooth (not to exceed $500) to reserve an appointment for you if you are paying out of pocket for your treatment. If you will be scheduling a larger procedure, i.e., wisdom tooth removal, bone graft, sinus lift, or if you have an out-of-pocket expense exceeding $250, we will require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. If you are scheduling for an implant procedure, we require a deposit of $500 per implant to reserve your surgery appointment. We can collect the deposit by credit card over the phone when you call. If you prefer to give the deposit by cash or check, we will reserve the appointment for you once the deposit is received.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Spampata, Dr. Deasy, Dr. Hersh, Dr. Wallis, Dr. Sommer and Dr. Zega provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
