Scheduling

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Associates is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.  In order for us to be efficient with the time you are scheduled, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.  Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that we may serve patients on our waiting list.  Please remember cancellation charges apply for any appointment that has been broken or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
 
If you do not have dental insurance and you are requesting a dental extraction, please be aware we require a deposit of $100 per tooth (not to exceed $500) in order to reserve an appointment for you.  If you will be scheduling a larger procedure i.e. implant, bone graft, sinus lift or if you have an out of pocket expense exceeding $1000, we require a $500 deposit at the time of scheduling.  We can collect the deposit by credit card over the phone when you call.  If you prefer to give the deposit by cash or check, we will reserve the appointment for you once the deposit is received.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Drs. Fredd, Spampata, Deasy, and Roginsky, Jr. provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
